Welcome to the charming world of NO.79 Coffee & Mousse, a delightful café located on the bustling streets of Soho at 79 Dean Street, London. This hidden gem is a must-visit for dessert enthusiasts and coffee lovers alike. With a cozy ambiance, it serves as the perfect escape from the city’s fast pace, inviting you to unwind and indulge in their creative offerings.
From the moment you step in, the vibrant atmosphere is complemented by an array of irresistible desserts. The café specializes in intricate mousses in a variety of adorable shapes—think cute pugs and rabbits that not only delight the eye but tantalize the taste buds. Each mousse offers a unique flavor experience; the chocolate and mango varieties have received special praise, capturing the hearts of visitors. However, some patrons have noted that while these treats are charming and delicious, their size might leave you wanting more for the price.
The menu doesn't stop at mousses. Guests can savor an impressive selection of cakes, such as the Blueberry Chocolate Cake with Coconut Panna Cotta Filling (£7.00) and the enticing Matcha Cheese with Basque Cheese Cake (£7.00). If you're in the mood for a refreshing drink, don’t miss the Summer Fruity Slushies, available in flavors like Peach and Mango (£6.50 each), perfect for quenching your thirst on a warm day.
However, like any café, there are nuances to consider. Mousse heaven if you are a mousse lover. They have mousse in all kinds of flavors and in all kinds of cute shapes. I loved the chocolate and mango flavors, also the cute pug and rabbit shape is heart-melting. Only downside is the take-out and dine-in are different prices. And the mousse cake is quite small and pricy.

This little panda cake tasted amazing! The chocolate mousse with a biscuit base was just perfect, and it was absolutely adorable too. My only complaint is that it’s a bit small for its price, but it’s a lovely treat to enjoy once in a while.

The mousses are all very nice, I’ve been here before and had the mango bunny, however it was at summer time. I ordered it again during winter and the taste wasn’t strong as it is out of season, I recommend only buying the fruit based mousses more towards the spring/summer time as they’re more fresh and better taste. However every other mousse I’ve had here is cute and tasty!

Located near The Toucan and Nellie Dean in Soho, I discovered this small café offering adorable desserts, bubble tea, and a variety of hot drinks. I recently decided to stop by and treat myself to a dessert to-go, and I was not disappointed—it was soft, delicious, and thoroughly enjoyable. I have no complaints about the dessert whatsoever. I also recall a previous visit when I dined in to enjoy a dessert and bubble tea. During that visit, there was a minor altercation between some customers and a staff member. It appeared that the staff member was being repeatedly hassled for service, and while he seemed somewhat dismissive, the customers' approach was also inappropriate. There was a misunderstanding regarding the dessert being served, but the situation could have been handled more calmly on both sides. Overall, the staff seem hardworking and pleasant. Considering the café's location on a busy Soho street, I can only imagine the range of people they encounter daily. In conclusion, this café is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy delicious bubble tea and desserts, with the added convenience of table service if you choose to dine in.

Super cute cakes but slightly lacking on flavour, the strawberry tin cake was very basic and the upper sponge felt hard and stale, but the bottom layer was so soft and nice - the panda cake was super cute but lacked in flavour sadly - the place is very pretty so pink inside! Overall a nice spot for a cute dessert moment

Loved the mango cooler with tapioca pearls! Even tried the rose multi-layered sweets and it was very tasty. Didn't enjoy the strawberry cake in a box. Its cream needs to be adjusted to become more tasty. Very creative desserts that look appealing to be tasted. I do recommend this place to be tried.
